Product Description
Filtek™ Z250 XT Nano Hybrid Universal Restorative is a visible light-activated nanohybrid composite designed for use in both anterior and posterior restorations. A dental adhesive is used to permanently bond the composite to the tooth structure. 3M Filtek Z250 XT Composite Kit is specifically designed to offer easy polish and good aesthetic result.

Filtek Z250 Composite Kit permanently bonds the composite to the tooth structure.  The composite kit is available in 12 shades, two of which are opaque. All shades are radiopaque and fluorescent, and is made available as syringes and capsules.

What is a Nanohybrid?

Nanohybrid composites are popular because they are versatile and easy to use. Factors that can affect the ease of use of a composite include the shading system, the polishability and the ease of achieving expected esthetic results. The Filtek Z250 XT Nano Hybrid restorative shading system was designed to match the Vita® Classical Shade Guide with 12 shades that cover most dentists’ everyday needs. Though polishability can be an issue with some hybrids, the filler package of Filtek Z250 XT Nano Hybrid restorative was specifically designed to yield a composite that is easy to polish and easy to achieve a good esthetic result. These combinations of factors make Filtek Z250 XT Nano Hybrid
restorative easy to use.

Filtek Z250 Composite Kit Nanohybrid composites offer a reliable solution for a wide range of dental restorative needs. The Composite Kit contains a broad range of particle sizes for higher filler loading, which leads to strength  similar to a traditional hybrid. The addition of nano-sized particles gives the restoration better wear resistance and a surface that is easier to polish for good esthetic results.

Filtek Z250 Nanohybrid Restorative Kit by 3M ESPE is a light curing composite restorative kit consisting of Z250 XT Nanohybrid Universal Restorative, Scotchbond Etchant, Adper Single Bond 2 (TE) or Single Bond Universal (SE) adhesive and accessories. 3M ESPE allows you to customize your restorative kit with options to select the shades of nanohybrid composite, the adhesive and the accessories.

The Filtek Z250 Nanohybrid Universal Restorative is an all-purpose aesthetic restorative material. It is non-sticky, non-slumpy, easy to sculpt and has excellent handling properties. The outstanding wear resistance properties and flexural strength due to the innovative filler design makes Filtek Z250 Nanohybrid a perfect restorative for stress bearing areas too.
